The Brotherhood of St. Andrew

in the Diocese of Texas

Assemblies Purpose & Goals

The Brotherhood of St Andrew for the Diocese of Texas is a part of the National Brotherhood structure, included in Province VII. Within the Diocesan Brotherhood, there is one assembly.  The Texas Assembly includes chapters in the Houston, Galveston, Austin areas plus the remaining areas of the Diocese of Texas.

The Assemblies of the Diocese of Texas provide a structure to coordinate Brotherhood activities, to strengthen existing chapters and to represent the Brotherhood to churches without a chapter. We stand ready to help start new chapters and to provide an organization where projects too large for a single chapter can be accomplished.

If you are interested in joining the Brotherhood of St Andrew, want information on starting a Chapter in your church, or would like assistance to help make your current Brotherhood Chapter more effective, please contact the Brotherhood Diocesan Coordinator Robert Walker or the Assembly President Peter Gilmour. The National website at https://brothersandrew.net has an excellent listing of resources to help you and your church learn more of the advantages of having a chapter in your parish or mission.
